Diverse Wins CHBA National Housing Awards 2023

Diverse has been named a WINNER for 2 CHBA National Housing Awards 2023.

We are thrilled to share this accomplishment and to be recognized in BC as a high performing developer, committed to building homes of excellence.

We have won in the following categories:

1. Best Attached Low Rise Home from 1,500-1,800 sq. ft. – Acadia Townhomes
2. Design Excellence Award – Diverse Properties

The Canadian Home Builder’s Association proudly announced the winners at the Gala on February 16th. With nearly 800 entries over the 48 categories, the opportunity to be recognized as a finalist and win in multiple categories at a National level marks a significant achievement and speaks to the quality of our homes.

It is an honour to have received the Design Excellence Award, as this is given out by the organization to the company that has the BEST cumulative results in the new home categories, featuring success in overall design, layout, functionality and innovation. For the first time ever, CHBA experienced a tie for this award, sharing the honour with Jayman BUILT.
