Finalists for CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence 2022

We are proud to announce that 3 of our projects have been recognized as finalists for THE CANADIAN HOME BUILDER’S ASSOCIATION(CHBA) National Housing Excellence awards.

With over 800 entries across Canada, recognition of this achievement is a mark of excellence in product design, functionality, and innovation. Diverse is honoured to have our projects, Cinema District, Garrison Central, and Fairway Homes identified for the following awards:

1. Best Attached Low Rise Home, over 1,500 sq. ft. – Cinema District, Abbotsford BC.
2. Best Mid – to High Rise Building (Completed) – Garrison Central, Chilliwack BC.
3. Best Detached Production Home Under 1,800 Square feet – Fairway Homes, Tobiano BC.
