Finalists for CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence 2023

We are proud to announce that 2 of our projects have been recognized as finalists for THE CANADIAN HOME BUILDER’S ASSOCIATION(CHBA) National Housing Excellence awards.

With nearly 800 entries across Canada, recognition of this achievement is a mark of excellence in product design, functionality, and innovation. Diverse is honoured to have our projects, Acadia at Garrison Campus and Iron Horse identified for the following awards:

1. Best Attached Low Rise Home, over 1,500 – 1,800 sq. ft. – Acadia
2. Best Attached Low Rise Home, over 1,800 sq. ft. – Iron Horse & Acadia

Iron Horse is a Master Planned Community that features a collection of Rowhomes, Single Family Homes and our newest condominium offering, The Yearling. The award from CHBA recognized the design excellence of our family efficient Rowhomes, with up to four bedrooms and your choice of a spacious rec room for entertaining or a legal suite for a reliable mortgage helper.
