I have already registered on the website, what is the next step?

Please visit the Discovery Centre to view floor plans, renderings and a model of the building. It is located at 45510 Market Way; open daily 11am-4pm. Here are the directions.

What are the prices?

Please go to the Overview tab on GarrisonCentral.com. Find the section saying “For Pricing:” and click on the blue button that says “Click Here!”.

How much of a deposit is required?

Deposits are 10% of the purchase price and with the option to put down 20% if the buyer so chooses.

Are there restrictions for the building such as: age, pet(s), and rentals?

There are no age or rental restrictions in the building. Pets are allowed with restrictions.

Ceiling height?

All floors have 9’ ceilings, some units have vaulted ceilings. Please visit the Discovery Centre and ask for details.

Parking/storage?

Each unit is assigned at least one parking stall, and lockers are assigned to most units.

Soundproofing between units?

All walls are 2’ x 6’ construction with gypsum topcoat on floors 2-6.

Green car charger?

The building is designed to install a car charging station. There are no charging stations at this time; however, the strata can incorporate if needed.

Is Air Conditioning included?

Yes, all units on every floor will have air conditioning.

Strata fees?

The strata fees will be released with the Disclosure Statement.

What type of security is in place if you are living on first floor?

There will be roughed in security to the first-floor exterior doors.

What is being built across the street?

Elim Village owns the property across the road from the Discovery Centre. Please visit their website for more details.
