Buying a new home with Diverse Properties typically starts with registering your interest, then meeting our sales team to review available floorplans, pricing, and timelines. For presale homes, you’ll write an offer and place a deposit — typically 5% after the 7-day rescission period, plus a further 5% within 60 days — with the balance due on completion.
