JANUARY
We celebrated the sell out of 3 Chilliwack projects — IRON HORSE, CHARTWELL, and YORK A at Garrison Campus.
A special shout out to Pacific Peak Homes as project builder at Iron Horse and Chartwell!
FEBRUARY
Following the record sellout of Sage 1 & 2 in 2024, SAGE 3 launched in East Abbotsford with an incredible response, and the crane went up at the SAGE site to kickoff construction off the first building.
MARCH
50 homesites at VICARRO SKYLINE on Eagle Mountain sold out to Pacific Peak Homes — read the Press Release here.
We proudly sponsored DOMINATE 2025 alongside eXp Realty Canada, Randy Dyck, and The Align Group.
This month also saw our REALTOR Bus Tour hit the road, offering a first-hand look at our projects in Abbotsford and Chilliwack.
APRIL
LATITUDE officially launched at Tobiano, west of Kamloops — our newest collection of homesites on one of Canada’s premier golf courses.
Construction is now underway at ARIA, in Central Abbotsford, with the crane rising to kickoff construction!
We also released the DIVERSE APP, giving homeowners a powerful new tool at their fingertips.
MAY
TUNBRIDGE CROSSING launched in Mission, introducing a new collection of single-family homesites in the beautiful Cedar Valley.
We also hosted a REALTOR Bus Tour with The Oracle Group.
JUNE
We proudly sponsored RIDE FOR WATER and the SOLAHIS Golf Tournament raising funds for clean water in rural Ethiopia and providing brighter futures for children in Colombia.
And last but not least…
We cheered on Diverse partner PL Meindertsma and his wife Kristen as they embarked on their third epic journey, FIN DEL MUNDO, with Cycle 5 to Survive — riding over 10,000 km from Bogotá, Colombia, to Ushuaia, Argentina. This 6-month trek is part of a bold, 5-year mission spanning 5 continents, with a goal to raise $500,000 for each of 5 charities — a total of $2.5 million.
