| Tunbridge, Vicarro and Latitude In Abbotsford, we successfully launched and sold Vicarro Skyline, the first phase of Diverse’s enormous Vicarro Ranch project, to Pacific Peak Homes. In Mission, at Tunbridge Crossing in October 2025, we obtained substantial completion and reached nearly 50% soldwith construction activity taking place on-site. This community has resonated with builders and buyers seeking space, livability, and long-term value in the Mission’s beautiful Cedar Valley. At Latitude, we launched a collection of beautiful single-family lots, overlooking Kamloops Lake and GreenTee Country Club Tobiano and construction is well underway! | Staff Initiatives Our team continued to make a meaningful impact through personal and team fundraising initiatives, including: Ride for Water Raising funds for clean water in rural Ethiopia Ride for RAN Our Diverse Team completed the 40km race and helped Ruth and Naomi’s raise nearly $100,000 for addiction recovery in Chilliwack SOLAHIS Golf Tournament Supporting brighter futures for children in Colombia Christmas Hampers Donations to the Abbotsford and Kamloops Food Banks Inspiring Adventures We cheered on Diverse partner P.L. Meindertsma and his wife Kristen as they embarked on their third epic journey with Cycle 5 to Survive—riding over 10,000 km from Bogotá, Colombia to Ushuaia, Argentina. This six-month journey is part of an ambitious five-year, five-continent mission to raise $2.5 million for five charities. |
